Lou is the Founder, President and Lead Mortgage Broker at The Financial Forum. He has worked with a wide range of clients and has been a licensed mortgage broker since 1983.
Over the years, Lou has assisted thousands of clients, from first time buyers to seasoned investors, in making their real estate dreams a reality. He has taken their ideas of real estate acquisition and financing from a simple thought and discussion through to a successful closing and beyond. His expertise ranges from appeasing basic client apprehensions and anxieties to fully developed investment plans and proposals. He has a thorough understanding of what lenders want, and more importantly, what clients need.
Lou is an active member of the mortgage industry and stays in tune with all new developments that are or can be beneficial to clients. This includes everything from products and rates to industry guidelines and technological developments. Development of a strategic investment plan for each specific situation is his strong point and his successful background supports this to the fullest.

Byron’s background in banking and client care gives him a sophisticated grasp on even the most basic issues affecting the mortgage industry, mainly from an underwriting and client point of view. However, his real passion comes from applying this knowledge in building client and lender relationships that ensure not only deal placement, but negotiating the best deal possible for the circumstance at hand. He has developed a set of tools that assist him in this regard and he is therefore able to quickly identify opportunities and best case scenarios for each mortgage transaction.
Byron is well versed in the Financial Industry and holds not only licenses in the Mortgage Industry, but has also successfully completed The Canadian Securities Course, and Professional Financial Planning Course.
Simply put, Byron likes to build deals, as in mortgage transactions. He devotes his care and attention to each transaction and ensures his team follows the same guidelines and principals.

Vince has been in the mortgage industry for over 8 years and takes great pride in providing his clients with top tier customer service. He is a fully licenced Mortgage Broker and fully committed to providing clients with the best service and products available. Vince goes above and beyond the usual call of duty and will meet clients anywhere, anytime convenient to them to make the process as stress free as possible. Vince simply loves dealing with the unique challenges and needs of each client and will ensure that you receive the best possible outcome available to you, helping you meet your goals sooner.
In addition to dealing with clients needs first, Vince also handles most of our sales and marketing to help keep our company growing and better accessible to all existing and prospective clients.
Domenic’s career started in 1996 completing the requirements of the Ontario Real Estate Association to receive his Realtors licence. Domenic continued his education to complete Appraisal, Mortgage Financing, Property Law and Property Management to then obtain his Broker’s licence.
Domenic has received many awards in his career including the Centurian award in 2001, 2002 with Century 21, Number 1 Team In Canada 2008-2010, PREA 100 5 consecutive years, Chairman’s Platinum 10 consecutive times with Prudential Real Estate.
Domenic takes his Real Estate business one step further offering in house mortgage financing to ensure his clients are getting the best possible financing available and he can customize a mortgage to suit each client’s individual needs.
Domenic has been asked by industry leaders such as NAR (National Association of Realtors), Oakville/Milton Board, RE/MAX Atlantic, Bill Rancic (Donald Trumps Apprentice), to speak about the Real Estate market at multiple conferences and has assisted in the writing of the book Power Teams by Ralph Roberts.

Francie is our accounting officer and heads the accounting department. She is responsible for the company’s accounting functions including financial statements, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, and various special analyses. She is a licensed Mortgage Broker and has been since 1988.

Aneiza has a background in customer care, accounting, and training and development. She has decided to embark on a journey of working in the mortgage industry with the experienced team at The Financial Forum. She is a currently holds a mortgage agent certificate and is responsible for Administrative and reception duties for the Financial Forum.
