However, his real passion comes from applying this knowledge in building client and lender relationships that ensure not only deal placement, but negotiating the best deal possible for the circumstance at hand. He has developed a set of tools that assist him in this regard and he is therefore able to quickly identify opportunities and best case scenarios for each mortgage transaction.
Byron is well versed in the Financial Industry and holds not only licenses in the Mortgage Industry, but has also successfully completed The Canadian Securities Course, and Professional Financial Planning Course.
Simply put, Byron likes to build deals, as in mortgage transactions. He devotes his care and attention to each transaction and ensures his team follows the same guidelines and principals.
